As of 2330 hrs the voice and CAD ( Computer Aided Dispatching) communications are no longer coming from Police headquarters in Clayton. All dispatching will be coming from the Emergency Ops Center on Olive Street Road by the Butterfly house. Water pipes broke in Clayton Car computers will not be working until the new dispatch center is open in September maybe sooner. So voice reception will be weak until further notice.

Voice reception does not sound weak at all. It sounds crystal clear as if they weren't even talking on a radio. There is no whine when they key up like when they normally do. Example 155.550 sounds like they are transmitting from an airplane.
