You need to be a little more specific on what your looking for. There are 2 dispatch centers for Saint Tammany Parish. The Parish is divided between them. The East dispatching is done by the Slidell Fire Dept. The West dispatching is done from the new dispatch center near the area of the Coroner's building, but on the other side of the road. I have never been there, so can't give you the exact location.
Can't say much about Slidell operation, but the West dispatch center does a simulcast on the initial page. It goes out on the Unifire-1 VHF frequency. Plus it is also simulcast on the fire department LWIN talkgroup for that department. There is normally no voice with the page. But the simulcast link is dropped and the voice announcement is then made on the fire department's LWIN talkgroup.
Can't help you much on the page tones used.
You can look at the Radio Reference database and find all the information on the LWIN talkgroups for the Saint Tammany Fire Departments in the Louisiana listings.
