Salem Co 500's

I am trying to load the database for Salem County Trunk system into WIN96. It says there is an error. I have loaded othe files. Anyone know what is wrong with this file on here? It is the public saftey file.

Did you set the WIN96 configuration for "special table" for that bank?

hmmmmm

got it to load, but now, I think I am too close to Bucks County PA. The systems hangs & won't scan.....

If you delete the offending control channel (from the system you don't want to monitor) you should be ok. I usually have to do it to monitor Bucks from down here in Delaware.

Hmmmm

So your saying if I delete the one channel, I should still be able to hear Salem County? Don't you need all the channels for the trunk system to work?

Only the control channels are required on most scanners for Motorola trunked systems.
