hello would salem county be entered as vhf/uhf . im using the gre-500 if this is not the rite system which would i use, thanks for youre help

If you're talking about the trunk system, it's UHF. Just so you know,100 MHz (1XX.XXX) frequencies are VHF. 400 and 500 MHz (4XX.XXX and 5XX.XXX) frequencies are UHF.
