From my listening, there are 4 de-ice pads. Lima, Bravo, 34R (Hotel?), and Golf.
The use of the freqs vary depending on witch pad is open/closed. Normally there will be a "Coordinator, a Pad Commander, and several Trucks/Iceman.

128.9750 - De-Ice Coordinator-Delta
129.2750 - Pad Commander-Delta
129.9750 - De-Ice Coordinator
130.0750 - Pad Commander-Bravo
130.2750 - De-Ice Truck-Lima
130.5750 - De-Ice Truck (Iceman-Lima)
130.6750 - De-Ice Truck (Iceman-Lima)
130.9750 - Pad Commander-Lima
131.9750 - De-Ice Commander-Lima
