Why does their dispatch channel sound garbled at times while listening on Broadcastify? Is it because it may be hard patched to the VIPER system?

Why does their dispatch channel sound garbled at times while listening on Broadcastify? Is it because it may be hard patched to the VIPER system?

That could be possible. The UHF channel and Viper channel are crosspatched where you can hear transmissions on either at the same time.
