The FBI has been active with clear and encrypted voice on 170.88125 P25 NAC 167. That frequency is not a typo. I've logged them active on this frequency before - they seem to be discussion communications setups.

I've been listening to the Harris County feed, and I heard something about a dispatcher not being able to reach another dispatch center's backline. Do dispatch centers in Texas have a console-to-console talkgroup they can use to communicate directly?

On the Harris County feed, dispatch is advising they have to write everything down by hand, I think because CAD is down. What, exactly, is down?

You missed my question, I was asking what specific component of the CAD system was down?

Listening earlier today, it sounded like their server was down. They were writing down calls on paper to be entered later and the dispatcher was scolding people to slow down when calling to report something. Sounds like we heard the same call.

Just stopping by out of idle curiosity. Heard there's staggering amounts of rain there, orders of magnitude more than the billions-dollar disaster that struck my area in 2013. Hard for me to comprehend, even though I've seen pics of COH E21 submerged to the roof, traffic signals on the Sam Houston barely poking above the water.

155.3400/C151.4 - "This is FEMA 405EH"

Educated guess: This could be LifeForce Children's Hospital at Erlanger, out of Chattanooga, TN.
