If you are interested in monitoring San Antonio Police and Fire Fiesta Operations, you can!
First, using the ESK version of Etrunker, you can track analog talkgroups. You can download here:

Second, the following patches are up on the system, in Analog Mode:
Patch 513
- SAPD 2-A Traffic
- Citywide 7A PD 1
Patch 514
- SAPD 2-B Traffic
- Citywide 7B PD 2
Patch 515
- SAPD 2-H Special Events 1
- Citywide 7D PD 4
Patch 516
- SAPD 2-I Special Events 2
- Citywide 7I SO-1
These are obviously setup to allow SAPD to comm with BCSO and others supporting fiesta events... the benefit is they are in analog mode since they are patched to the 7 Fleet which is analog.
