San Antonio SAWS and CPS?

I can't seem to find any place where the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) or CPS (once City Pulbic Service and now, I think, CPS Energy) are operating. They have significant fleet operations to keep the water and power systems running. I guess they are joining the "redo" of the Bexar/San Antonio "Alamo" regional radio system but I'd like to see where they are now. Can anyone help? Thanks!

They use some custom radio system that can't be monitored - I can't remember what type it is but it is similar to OpenSky.

They will eventually be transitioning to the new Alamo Area P25 system that's being developed.

Update: CPS and SAWS uses a Motorola "Harmony" radio system - which is an iDEN type radio system.

They have a single talkgroup to interoperate with the San Antonio Fire Department via dispatch centers
