San Antonio Zoo DMR

I see the SA Zoo now lists in RR as DMR...I have an SDS 200 and live very close (I can clearly receive the digital signals on these frequencies). If I buy the DMR upgrade for my radio is this a DMR system I can then hear? Are there any other SA DMR systems that are then scannable from Alamo Heights? The price has been going up on the upgrades and I already had to pay for the San Antonio/Bexar County ProVoice system (which is a terrible radio system) so would appreciate any advice before paying so much again. Thanks!

If they are not Encrypted you should able to hear them. If they are on the repeater you should have no issues. If they are on simplex its a 50/50 on hearing them.
