On PulsePoint what is CLOCK 10,CLOCK 20,CLOCK 30 and CLOCK 40 on units responding to a structure fire?

More than likely, it is related to their accountability system. It lets the dispatcher know to contact the I.C. for a personnel accountability report (PAR). The I.C. then makes sure all personnel are accounted for and no one is missing/injured. Then the I.C. contacts dispatch to report all personnel accounted for or not. It looks like they do it in 10 minute blocks.
