San Bernardino County Systems

I have a couple of questions about SB County Systems.

1. Does the NEW 4 system use the same frequencies as the old 4 system?

2. What is the 14 System? Where is it located and what is it's purpose?

I heard the "14" system is on Heap's Peak. I will try to get frequencies. I don't know about any "new" 4 system

Where did this information come from?

Almost every system is on or goes thru Heaps Pk. at some point so that's no surprise, if 14 does indeed exist.

I dont see any change in 4. Same generic DC channels.
