2020 CA IFOG shows V7 as a 154.19 repeater with 154.28 as the input for West Mountain Region

iirc 154.19 was the Mount Baldy FD channel in the past

it might be tough to figure out if 154.19 has a VHF input channel - something tells me its not 154.28

RRDB for SBCO Fire under Regional Public Safety for 151.490 lists a Description of “Mountain (patch to 2-CMD-5)”.

Going to the San Bernardino County (P25) Trunked System under ConFire Talkgroups we find
3507 db3 D 2-CMD5 Mountains Command (Division 3, Former 8-Fire-1).

The input to 154.190 should be TG 3507 from the trunked system.
He says fingers crossed.

154.280 is definitely a misprint.
154.190 Has been used as a remote base (output) since 1979 (long before Mt. Baldy was licensed on it). That was the original "tone out" frequency for County and City stations in SBCo. I hear "mostly" radio traffic patched from P25. However, I also occasionally hear VHF squelch tail for a repeater.
