Did they upgrade the San Diego CHP repeater on 39.400? It's coming in quite well up here in Riverside County. Up until the past week this used to be pretty tough to pull in up here, especially with Santa Fe Springs also using the freq with the 186.2 PL.

I don't think so yet. Reception is sometimes great and sometimes not, depending on the dispatcher. Hear units & the dispatcher all the time needing repeats because one did not hear the other, and I can't pinpoint those to a particular location.
