San Diego City 800 and custom settings for the BCD-396T

Does anyone have the new San Diego City 800 rebanding working in a BCD-396T?

Even the D/L from RR doesn't doesn't seem to contain the correct setup.

My 396 works fine with nothing but a frequency change. Same with my 996, 785, AND 780s. All but the 996 work ONLY on the City, not RCS.
MY BCT15 works for RCS with just the new freqs.

That radio WON'T do Phase 2, which is where all RCS traffic is moving. North was first, the rest will go there soon.

Using freescan to pull the system off of RR did the trick.
