what is going on with the ambulance companies in SD, Is pacific ambulance still around I heard they were bought out and is AMR still around after losing to Falck
also what freq Does Falck use. I don't live in the area anymore I haven't in over 10 years I live in Oregon and i was planning on a trip back down there.

Not sure about Pacific? Yes AMR is still serving different parts of the county. Falck just handles San Diego City. Falck is on the San Diego City System.

pacific Ambulance went out of business a while back I believe.

When I lived out there Hartson Ambulance was all over but that was some time ago
