Look under Police talkgroups for the City system. You'll see all the Investigations TAC's.

Ahhhhhhhh...I see now. I was around when SD went 800, and there were the simplex I-TAC-1 and 2 and I-COM, thought they were simplex channels. Thanks!

In San Diego they're repeated and conventional. Those were referred to as I-TAC1-4 though. They no longer go by I-TAC anymore to match along with the VHF and UHF mutual aid channels.

Actually, until 800 MHz Rebanding takes place in Southern California, the 5 International Mutual Aid channels (hence the "I") are still known as I-Call and I-TACs 1-4.

Once the channels have changed frequencies, the names will become 8CALL90 and 8TAC91 through 8TAC94, in accordance with the adopted ANS Standard Channel Naming document.
