San Diego RCS on 700 system

I'm hearing San Diego RCS on 796.100. Anyone have any info?

probably an image. I seem to recall certain scanners having them in that range.

Yep, I get tons of 800 MHz images on 700 MHz unfortunately (on a PSR-500). Makes finding the actual 700 MHz control channels on other systems more challenging, although luckily P25 control channels sound a lot different than the Smartzone system used by the RCS.
