Just got back frome duty at the air show. No new holes in the desert which is a good thing! The Snowbirds used 272.100 am. for the whole show. I did'nr get a chance to talk to anyof there members about what they will use at the Bay. They do a good show. By the way they flew without the nuber 5 pilot. he has been fighting a cold and got grounded for this show. I do not know if he will be back up for this weekend.

272.100 Seems to be the frequency that they have been using for all Airshows in North America. They used the same one here in Winnipeg back in June for a 2 day show. Same as the year before.

They are flying out of SFO (SFO Tower 120.5), and they used 242.6 for the practice show on Friday, and 272.1 for the show today. I'm not sure if they were also using 242.6 today or not because I only had one scanner with me today. Unprepared, I know, what the hell kind of scanner listener am I!?!?!?! :) So, to recap, the freqs in use for the Snowbirds this Fleet Week are:

272.1 - Airshow
242.6 - Practice
120.5 - Tower
