Hey guys, I know we usually don't post frequencies until they're confirmed in use, but I'm not expecting any surprises this year. Frequencies to monitor:

126.400 Air Boss
121.050 Discrete
They have renewed their Special Temporary Authorization (STA) for these - WREA612

127.300 Patriots
345.000 UCSG Demo
These have remained constant for years

237.800 BA Solos
275.350 BA Diamond
284.250 BA Show Box
These were in use for the Capital Airshow this weekend

F-35 Demo will likely be on 376.025 or 384.550, plus the usual USCG traffic on Marine 21A, 23A, 81A, and 83A. Happy listening!

Listening on discrete I'm hearing a new female pilot voice.

305.900 BA Diamond
284.250 BA Show Box

Marine 81A - DIVCOM A
Marine 83A - DIVCOM B

Thanks mlangeveld, everything worked out except for the F-35 Demo frequencies. I recognize those as the F-15 Demo frequencies, and they were a good guess. I have heard those frequencies used when the pilot is calling out altitude and airspeed to a ground spotter to ensure he has enough speed/altitude to complete a maneuver. I think I heard this happening on the 121.05/Discrete frequency.

I brought my SDS100, not the best choice. The VHF/UHF AM reception wasn't that great. I could marginally hear the performers and could just barely hear the air boss on Municipal Pier from my spot on Treasure Island. TI was ok for a Friday practice show. A lot of the "Great Lawn" has been torn up and only about a quarter or less is accessible.

Try 255.15 for Lightening Control (F-35 demo to spotter).
