I took the family there, brought the radio, and here's what I've found. I know it's not 'exciting' and more in the mold of 'fast food scanning', but I've always enjoyed trying to find and classify frequency usage in my immediate area.
The Rain Forest Cafe is a themed restaurant that spans three stories. Radios are used to coordinate guest control, table busing and bar tending. An employee at the door has a radio to coordinate table availability with staff on the second and third floors. Managers roaming the second and third floors also coordinate with the busing staff to make sure appropriate tables get cleaned.
I found all of the frequencies below, except for one. I went back to the FCC data here on rr.com, and it verified what I found.
