That sounds like a good idea, but I have never submitted anything to the radio reference database how do I go about doing this ?

Go to the database, select California, select Contra Costa and hit submit in the top row. Enter in all the information you have, frequencies, modulation type, description, color codes, etc.

Hi kma371, I am sorry for asking this question as I am new to posting information to the database but what did you mean by the color codes ? Also I would like to say thank you for adding the casino information to the database.

Your scanner should be displaying CC#. That's a color code. It's like a PL tone for DMR

After submitting information to the database and after it's completed all long usually does it take to be finalized on the database where you can look it up in the Radio reference library and add it to your scanner ?
