Santa Ana CHP Using New PL on Purple Base

I just discovered that Santa Ana CHP is now using PL 146.2 on purple base (39.44). The Westminster and Capistrano base frequencies are still using PL 162.2.

My system is not sensitive enough to pick up mobile units, so I can't verify which PL the purple mobile frequency is now using.

Today I heard Santa Ana dispatch refer to the new configuration as "Purple 1A Border" when advising officers on which channel to select on their radios.
