santa rosa p25 system

is santa rosa p25 system up and running? I see nothing from my scanner, I do see them on 460 mhz. i am over 100 miles away using a yagi with a sds 200 it is a bit far I do get oakland and all that area great.

Yes they are using the 700Mhz P25 system. I was just passing through the area yesterday and it worked great. It is very low level, so hearing it outside of the "central" Sonoma County area is nearly impossible.
