SAPD code 3 dispatches in intercity

[ryanpape]

I noticed in the database that it says SAPD and BCSO broadcast their code 3 dispatches on intercity...can anyone confirm if this is actually (still) done?

I do not believe that this is still done. During the initial turn up of the system - they did. However, I haven't heard it done since then.
