Now that the SARA system is active and covers most major metros in Iowa is it possible to make that listed as a state wide system as well as ISICS? Are there specific rules on what makes it “statewide”? I know the actually number of counties is low, but it is probably well over half of the Iowa population.

Only use the “Statewide” special county setting for systems that truly cover all counties in a state

While I can appreciate that the system covers the major metropolitan areas of the state representing the majority of people in the state, it is still not a statewide network.
