Saratoga Co. 800 system

Does anyone have info on the new Saratoga Co. 800 system, type, etc ?
I am picking up what sounds like a control channel on 866.5875, which is one of their new freq's.

I would like to set up a bank to monitor system progress, but don't know the type.

I am in northern Fulton Co.

Motorola P25 digital they are waiting to be rebanded down to 851-854 looking at end of this year or 2011 for a switch off of the 1950 or so system that was installed in the seventies big bobo.Just testing until then.

I have the system in my 996. No voice transmissions yet.

There won't be many voice transmissions. I'm told that OES was using it in the northern part of the county, but I don't know whether that is still the case.

I can't hear the one active site from down here in Waterford.

Nothing earth shattering, but progress.
