Hey folks,
I plan to take the VIA train from Edmonton into Toronto in mid August. Of course, I'm going to have scanners with me (my ultimate goal is to spend the weekend at the American Le Mans Series weekend at Mosport). I have little worry that I'll be able to figure out the right railroad frequencies for the VIA trains and the host railroads. My request to all of you is to help me figure out which sites/towers/counties I'd need to program while traversing the Prairies on the train - mainly for fire/rescue/EMS and other such emergency response. I don't have decent maps to provide me an overlay of railways vs counties/towns/etc in the two provinces (or Ontario, for that matter).
If anyone can help out, I'd greatly appreciate it!
