SaskTel FleetNet System 4 in Regina area

I was searching the frequencies the other day to make sure I am picking up as many of the different FleetNet systems that I can in the Regina area. I noticed that now I get System 4 FleetNet loud and clear in addition to System 1 and a weaker System 5.

Has this System 4 always been near Regina or is this something new?

System 4 is used at the Lumsden Fleetnet site. It's been there as long as I can remember, but perhaps they've modified base station antennas or power levels, or perhaps simply propagation conditions have improved allowing you to hear Lumsden now.

System 5 is licenced at both Belle Plaine and McLean, but I suspect you're hearing Belle Plaine. I get it weak here as well, but if you're in the east end of Regina I suppose you might be picking up McLean.
