For the 7 Simunlcast Fleetnets there are only 1,4, and 5 with listed control channels. I am in regina and have these all 7 programmed in my Pro 97. I am only getting activity on FN # 1? Can someone explain if I am doing something wrong?

The Fleetnet site serving Regina uses System 1 (control channel 858.1125, unless there is a failure). That serves the entire city. The next closest Fleetnet site is Lumsden, but that's much weaker. You might be out of range of Lumsden. Just focus on System 1 for Regina.
