Have Grundig Satellit 700 with a missing antenna. I am looking for an OEM or replacement - new or used.

There are lots of parts for the Satellit 500/700 available but unfortunately the whip is not one of them, and I don't think there are any drop-in OEM antennas for it. It's the part with the highest demand of course and supply of original parts seems to have dried up, which is leading to clowns asking insane prices:
Here's an almost reasonable offer (used part, seller writes the first 2 elements are a bit stiff):

BTW the parts number of the antenna is 09622-819.01 and the same antenna was used for the Satellit 400, 500 and 700 radios, so you can include the other models in your search, or buy a cheap defective Satellit 400 as a donor radio.

Sorry, according to this site the Satellit 800 has an antenna that fits into the mount of many older Satellit models except the 400/500/700, which is the reason why that (Satellit 800) part apparently sold out almost immediately.

Yeah that's the site I meant to link, sorry. No idea how that antenna link ended up there again (my clipboard content must have changed 10 times by that time) or why I can't edit my post. Re that antenna link, I checked some offers and for those 50 bucks you can get as well a whole Sat400 radio.

Thank you to all who have replied. I have sent an email to Rainer, and am crossing my fingers. In the meantime I am :
1. ordering an external antenna, and
2. trying to fix the old antenna -
I found the original antenna and it seems to have the round tip broken off the small end section. Does anyone know whether I can just screw a self-tapping stainless steel screw into the opening in the broken section in order to perform the same function as the missing tip? If so, I may give that a try.
