Satellite downlink test

Heard an interesting test yesterday after 1500 on 453.2 (Capitol Police CH 3). RV2 was running a rollcall of units using a satellite downlink. Some units were: Capitol Comms, FBI,
Caltrans (in LA), DWR, 83103 (in Baldwin Park?), Air 21. Said they would run another test today(Tues) at 1000 hrs.
