Satellite Skip?? Illegal?

Hearing some activity on 255.550 in FM Mode.

I have the channel name listed as Fleet Satcomm.

Can't understand them, but it's there.

I had read up on this sort of stuff somewhere before.

Anyone else getting this?

Go just above your post where it says "search" and enter

"255.550" (use the quotes)
