Is there anyone that lives in this area that could help me program my Pro 96 scanner? I would really appreciate any help. Radio Shack said it was orogramed but fire truck & police care & ambulances go by my house & I hear nothing on the scanner. I Go the scanner frequencies for my area off this website & manualls programed them in but I have not heard anything on my scanner & I did that last night. It is true I do live in a small town and not a lot happens hear but I feel I should have hears something by now. I have the extra long black antenna, the cable to program things from my computer and I installed the Win96 program. I would pay someone that lives in my area to just program this darn thing so I can start enjoying it.
