Sault Ste. Marie, 800 MHz. Digital TRS

I was talking with a friend friend of mine from Ontario and she told me that Sault Ste. Marie Police, is now operating on a new 800 MHz., trunked radio system, but the channels are mostly encrypted. Does anyone have any idea as to what the exact frequencies are, and who the equipment manufacturer is?

I will be driving my truck through there in about two weeks I notice that your post is not new so if you already have the info, great if not I will take a listen for you and see what I can find. The Soo was vhf encrypted berfore so it does not surprise me if a new trunked system would also be ecrypted.

If you could take the time to find the new system it would be most appreciated. Sadly, I have not been able to find out what the new frequencies are for the system, or who the manufacturer is. You might want to even listen around on the 141-142 MHz., and 400 MHz areas, and see if you hear anything in those ranges as well.
