Saving Problem with ARC500

I paid for and downloaded the ARC500 scanner software on 12/7/2010 and upgraded to the premium service. The other night, after programming my scanner, I saved the data on my computer. When I launch the software now, it says the demo is expired and to register for the software.

I could be wrong but if I remember correctly I think you have to put the registration key in, I assume you did that?

yep once your register the software you have to input the set of registration numbers
once done the software will print the numbers for you to keep then you should be able to run the software with out problem
