Saving Settings

I just noticed that I set a few led lights on a few tgid's and I then did a download from my computer ez scan software to the psr-800 and I lost the led settings and a few others. Is that normal. How do you transfer data from scanner to computer or computer to scanner and not lose preferences and settings?

Sorry for the post, I looked at the ez scan program and I saw where you can set the led.
