Listening to Sayreville/South Amboy, I see some identifiers not on any list: 887 ( sanitation? ), 12761 ( School Security? ). I guess they are always adding, and the database does not have them.

I'm currently working on trying to figure out talkgroup 887, which I suspect is Middlesex County Improvement Authority assigned. And 12761 is Monroe BOE High School. The database will only have talkgroups listed that have been 100% verified.
