Here's what I have. It's a PDF of the manual for the European Model, the only difference from the US model being the frequency range. It does not include a programming chart, but years ago a found an Excel file which will convert any frequency to ones and zeroes for programming. Not sure if the creator is still online or contactable, but maybe it will give you what you need. I disavow any liability for its use, but I have never had any problems with it.

You are a godsend. I have been looking for a replacement for the book my little brother lost 30 some years ago. The only card he didn't loose was the one still in the scanner.
