I am interested in extracting radio frequency and DPL/PL information from 2 way radios for programming use. The information should be something like this

Frequency - between 400 - 479.995
Private Line code - 143.2 or similar

Can you tell me if the Uniden SC-230 scanner can retrieve this information or not and if not, what can I buy to be able to accomplish this.
