I'm hearing a lot of traffic on SC Regional Govt 3 talkgroup this morning. That's 31408. It seems that the phones are not working in the SCHP dispatch center for Troop 3. I believe they are located in the basement of the Spartanburg Co. Courthouse. So they're communicating accidents with Anderson Co 911, Greenville Co 911, Greenville City PD, and Spartanburg Co 911 via this channel. I wish they'd use that channel for this purpose all of the time.
