I guess the UBCD396T (or UBC3300XLT with BCi25 card) would be the handheld trunking option for the EU.

Any US trunk scanner will work in Europe. Apco25 is not used in Europe. The UBC396 is the Australia model and will not be sold in Europe.

No, Uniden does not sell trunk scanners in Europe anymore, all Euro models are listed at www.racescanner.eu
