Scan Cat Lite Plus ??

I have a copy of this program I used when I ran windows XP, does anyone know why it will not work with Windows Vista
I use it on my BCT8

As has been discussed here many times, Scancat Lite Plus is a real POS. You should use that software only if there are no other packages available, and in this case, there are.

You would be far and away better off using ARC8 from BuTel (available via Scanner Master) or Scan Control . ARC8 has the advantage of being able to connect to the database via the web service and download data, so long as you have a premium subscription (cheap). Scan Control has a copy/paste utility which works with the database without using the web service.

You need to download a patch update I had to do this in windows 7. Then right click on the scan lite program icon then select run as administrator option. I hope this helps. here is the link for the patch file.
