So I need to program some Icom mobiles for the first time (IC-F5061), and I have a question about scan lists and the programming software. If I create 1 scan list and assign a few members to that list across multiple zones, will the radio always scan all those channels? The help menu says "A channel included in the scan list [Zone] is scanned when the channel is in the same zone with the scan start channel.". What is the "scan start channel"?
