Scancat Lite??

I was looking for some software for my Pro-2051. Is this the only software that will work with my scanner? Also is it worth the money and feed back would be helpfull. Also I'm planning on getting a new computer within the next month which will have Windows Vista. Will Scancat run in Windows Vista? Thanks!

ARC433 from Butel should be far superior to ScanCat. Click Downloads > Radio Shack > Pro-2051.

Well I downloaded both demos Scancat Lite and ARC433.
The Scancat Lite would not even install had errors!
Then I tried ARC 433 Yes it installed and then connected my Pro-2051 and it read my
frequencies. So I guess I will have to go with the ARC 433 I wanted the scancat lite because it works with my Pro-2051 & BC-895xlt.

I'm sure you will like ARC. I would also recommend ScanControl demo for the 895, it will also provide remote ops.
