ScanControl Problem

I am doing some additional programming on the 996T and have hit a snag.. I have scan control Ver 1.1. All I was doing was editing a talk group in the South Dakota MOt type II system(which I have done many times) and when I paste all I get for a alpha tag is NO DESC. You must have 6.1.1, 1.1 didn't even know the 996 exists :.>>

A wild guess - when you copy from the database, you must end it below the last line you wish to grab and make sure you grab the entire line, not just a piece of it. I have found that if I keep this rule in mind, the Grabber works reasonably well.

Yup you are right you must copy BELOW the last line, you will see a additional copy mark below the last line. That is how I've been doin it on everything and never encountered any problems until now. I will see what ken has to say ...thanks
