I have a Radio Shack Pro-95 and some of the buttons stick. Radio Shack doesn't do repairs and I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions as to what I might be able to do short of buying a new scanner. Thank you.

First, try a can of compressed air and spray around each button. This may dislodge anything that might be hiding.
Next, a can of tuner cleaner around each button. You may want to remove batteries for this also.
The following are 2 products I use for this purpose;
Removing the batteries in case any cleaner got inside, but
I would read your manual for your pro-95. I might be wrong, but I think it had a "non-volatile memory" meaning batteries could be removed without dumping the eprom in it. So your memory should stay intact.
