Scanner Enthusiast "Bud"?

Hello,

I'm guessing this may be a bit of a long shot, but wondering if "Bud" a long time San Diego enthusiast might still be active? Bud lived in the 163/805 area and was very involved in working with the media.

I've been away from the SD area for many years and hoping to make contact with him.

What year was the last issue? My last one is 1999.
