I posted a thread about this a few years ago but never saved it. I have two frequencies that I put into my Pro 197 Radio Shack Scanner but all i get is interference when I try to listen to it.

They are 159.615 and 151.985

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

151.985 MHz KJJ951 QWest Corp.

159.615 About 20 results come back on the search. Too many to list here.

You can do this on the RR FCC frequency search page.

is there a way you can hear frequencies on you computer or phone that are not like police or fire frequencies?

Was just wondering

If you're referring to live streaming a/k/a live audio yes you can hear pretty much anything in the RF spectrum.
