Hey everyone, my scanner that I use for Hamblen county E-911 has unfortunately broken down and won't work at all, I use a 90s Uniden Bearcat scanner and was wondering if I should have someone repair it if someone knows how to or if Hamblen is switching their radios out soon and it'd be better just to buy a new one.
